As the name implies this range comes between the Table Top Serveries and the complete all-encompassing Versicarte. They are designed as a budget solution to high volume demand with short serving time situations, such as, school meals, early bird breakfasts and short lunch breaks. While, to keep them within budget, they may be limited in their scope, they are still of the highest standard of manufacture and operationally efficient.
